In this pivotal position, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence within Pursuit's Hospitality Training Centre of Expertise. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent hospitality standards and quality expectations are met across our attractions and lodges. Collaborating closely with operational leaders, you'll identify opportunities for enhancement in guest experiences and frontline training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hospitality standards audits across various operations
• Develop and deliver training resources for staff
• Analyze operational assessments to inform improvements
• Maintain hospitality standards platforms and tracking tools
• Prepare actionable plans to strengthen operational execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality operations or training
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and analytical mindset
• Comfort in working independently with teams
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
