Pursuit is seeking a full-time Seasonal Boat Captain for the Spring/Summer 2026 season. This role requires exceptional communication and hospitality skills to engage guests actively. Responsibilities include operating the tour boats under Transport Canada regulations, providing interpretive tours, and assisting guests during their excursions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate boats focusing on passenger safety
• Provide interpretive tours adhering to programming standards
• Assist guests with needs during tours
• Maintain trip and mechanical logs accurately
• Respond to on-water incidents as a first responder
Requirements:
• Energetic and passionate about guest engagement
• Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness
• Good communication and public speaking skills
• Marine First Aid certification required
• Class 4 driver’s license is an asset
