Join our Gallery Host team and bring your service-oriented mindset to the forefront of hospitality. Previous customer service or hotel experience is valued, along with any skills in food and beverage service. Comfortable using basic computer applications? This is a perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Support front office operations with professionalism
• Set up dining areas for superior guest satisfaction
• Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met
• Lift and manage weights up to 20 lbs regularly
Requirements:
• Age requirement: at least 18 years
• Experience in customer service and hospitality
• Strong computer skills; experience with hotel systems is a plus
• Obtain required certifications within 30 days of hire
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
