The Travel Corporation is searching for a dedicated individual for the 2024 season to oversee Canadian programs in the Eastern Canada and Maritimes regions. Candidates will expertly handle trip logistics, ensure safety, and provide personalized service to guests. Knowledge of Canadian history and culture is important, and eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for 52 guests on tours

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each trip

• Share detailed and engaging stories as a regional expert

• Implement technology solutions to enhance guest experiences

• Oversee financial logging of trip-related expenses

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of travel-leading experience preferred

• Certification in Travel Direction or Tour Guiding

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech applications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Must speak fluent English and adapt to various cultures
