We seek an enthusiastic and service-focused individual to bolster our Gallery Host team. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or hotel operations, with knowledge in food and beverage preferred. Basic computer skills will help you excel in this role, and experience with systems like Opera is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch service and assist guests
• Manage front office tasks and customer inquiries
• Prepare and maintain dining spaces for visitors
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior customer service experience is essential
• Proficiency in basic computer programs required
• Willingness to secure certifications within 30 days
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
