The Conference Porter is an independent, organized contributor to smooth event operations. This multidisciplinary position provides prompt service while collaborating with several departments and responding effectively to daily demands. Time management, adaptability, and physical fitness support the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and dismantle lunch areas
- Prepare meeting and banquet rooms
- Serve meals and coffee breaks
- Assist guests with luggage as required
- Complete reception, delivery, storage, and maintenance tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
- Restaurant service experience is an asset
- Good time management and adaptability
- Determination and team spirit
- Physical fitness for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
