Responsibilities
Effectively research, organize, host and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events and MNP's annual events to identify top talentTake part in recruitment projects on campus in the Prairies regionIndependently manage complex campus recruitment projects as assigned including developing solutions, creating action plans and communicationsBuild, maintain, and further develop partnerships and relationships with key influencers and stakeholders on campusManage logistics of talent attraction events including registration, materials, catering, communications, planning and engaging campus representativesAct as an ambassador for the Firm, providing detailed information on career opportunities, Firm values, culture, business and total rewardsPrepare campus presentations as required for MNP internal business, facilitate workgroups and meetingsManaging logistics for on-campus interview process, including liaising with co-op and employer representatives, and scheduling interviewsAttend relevant workshops, seminars and conferences and apply learning to the workplaceSkills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or related fieldOne (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, event management, recruitment, or relationship buildingCreative ability to develop new event ideas and campus recruitment initiativesProject management skills with the ability to develop event ideas, create timelines and plans and execute with resultsExcellent written business communication, with very strong organizational skillset requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience working in a Professional Services environment considered an assetValid drivers license – some travel is required
