Une entreprise ferroviaire recherche un(e) Expert(e), Conformité en Ressources Humaines pour garantir la conformité aux normes RH et gérer les conflits en milieux de travail. Le candidat idéal aura entre 3 et 10 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines et sera responsable d'enquêtes, de médiation et de conseil. Ce poste, basé à Winnipeg, offre un environnement de travail standard, du lundi au vendredi, avec peu de déplacements.
Les candidates doivent être bilingues anglais-français et posséder un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent.
