Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Peopl & Culture)

  • Turns recruitment strategies into execution

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day‑to‑day employee inquiries in a timely and productive manner.
  • Selection process and recruitment of front‑line employees
  • Manage the onboarding process, supporting new hires through the pre‑employment process, training, and deployment.
  • Manage and track employee compliances for Winnipeg and Brandon employees while partnering with Operations to ensure all information, certifications, and training remain up to date.
  • Conduct internal placement campaigns.
  • Assist casual employees with job opportunities (internal postings)
  • Employee transfers – coordination, interviews, transfer paperwork
  • Partner with the P&C team to tackle HR projects to innovate current practices.
  • Assist with training scheduling for new employees to ensure the success of the program
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support onboarding and retention KPIs.
  • Provide administrative support for the People and Culture and branch Operations teams.
  • Additional tasks and projects as requested
