Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer human capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance managementAssist with recruitment and selection, produce job offers and conduct reference checksConduct exit interviews and manage terminations as appropriateContribute to the ongoing management of the recruitment database; post jobs, update postings, and manage candidates through the applicant tracking systemUtilize acquisition and social media platforms to build talent poolLead, coordinate and deliver orientation and manage onboarding logisticsManage employee data records including manual files, payroll and HRIS updatesComplete administration of compensation, regional promotions, transfers and annual performance evaluationsCoordinate the facilitation of learning and development programs including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, registration and course materialsPrepare presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetingsRespond to internal and external inquiries; serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations and educating on self-service optionsCompile statistical reports and metrics on programs such as campus, compensation data, etc.Communicate disability management matters with benefits team members, provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issuesMaintain accurate and timely filing of human resource correspondence, invoices, receipts and office recordsContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and Experience
Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty1 to 2 years of HR experience is preferred
