Our stability, global reach, and respectful culture provide the foundation for building a long-term career with a team you can count on.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Corporate Functions, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across key enabling organizations such as Information Technology, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain and other corporate disciplines. In this role, you will partner closely with executive-level leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies that support Standard Aero’s current and future business needs.

What

You’ll Do Executive-Level Talent Partnership
  • Partner directly with executive and senior leadership (ELT/SLT) to understand strategic workforce priorities and deliver high-impact talent acquisition solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing market intelligence, talent availability insights, and recommendations on search strategy, compensation competitiveness, and hiring timelines.
Full-Cycle & Executive Search Delivery
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of corporate function roles, including executive, senior leadership, and highly specialized professional positions.
  • Apply executive search methodologies, including targeted research, passive candidate engagement, and confidential outreach.
  • Manage complex and often sensitive searches from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and business-critical roles across IT, Finance, Legal, HR, and related disciplines.
  • Leverage experience recruiting in the aviation and aerospace industry to inform sourcing approaches and stakeholder discussions.
  • Monitor labor market trends, competitive hiring activity, and industry dynamics to continuously refine recruiting strategies.
Data, Process & Collaboration
  • Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to assess progress, identify risks, and provide clear, data-driven updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Aero recruiting processes, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements.
  • Partner closely with the broader Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic TA projects.
What You’ll Bring Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on professional or corporate functions (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal, HR).
Preferred
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior and executive-level leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining a consultative, service-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in executive search, either in-house or with an external search firm.
  • Experience recruiting within the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive, senior-level talent.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative mindset with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels.
  • Data-driven approach to talent acquisition, including the use of recruiting metrics to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and relationship-building skills.
