This role ensures compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations and supervises the performance management process, among other responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.
The HRD is instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization’s growth. Working collaboratively with the leadership team, the HRD ensures that HR strategies align with both short-term and long-term goals. Key responsibilities include advising managers and supervisors on employee relations, performance management, policy and program administration, and best practices across the organization.
