Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to operations managers

• Spearhead HR programs across the employee lifecycle

• Ensure compliance with Ontario employment regulations

• Use analytics to inform HR strategy decisions

• Develop community partnerships to strengthen employer branding

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years HR experience required

• Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation

• Proven expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required

• Previous HR leadership experience preferred
