Position: Senior Human Resources Consultant Role
Deliver expert HR consulting as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. This role provides strategic and hands-on support while driving talent initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this senior role is ideal for HR professionals with extensive experience in consulting and problem-solving. You will advise leaders on HR policies, analyze workplace issues, and support employee relations while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on HR policy administration and compliance

• Analyze and resolve employee relations issues

• Provide coaching to managers on people management

• Oversee Talent Acquisition for assigned programs

• Manage workplace accommodations and return-to-work programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent

• 7+ years in a senior HR role with diverse functions

• CPHR designation is an asset

• Strong knowledge of HR standards and legislation

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
