In this full-time, onsite position, you'll work closely with the TAWD Manager to enhance NFI's recruitment strategies. Your focus will be on sourcing talent to meet the mechanical skill needs across the organization. You'll collaborate with various internal and external partners to improve community-focused talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel
