• Collaborate with various departments for content accuracy

• Assess training effectiveness and employee skill levels

• Support trainers with direction and coaching techniques

Requirements:

• Engaged in or completed HR management education

• Adept with technology, particularly Office and LMS applications

• Experience in a diverse training setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive problem-solver with minimal supervision needed
