Aplin is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its Winnipeg head office. You will coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes, enhance employee engagement programs, and maintain accurate HR records and systems.

Your role is essential for supporting HR compliance activities across North America while fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain job descriptions and interview guides for roles

• Support employee engagement initiatives and team events

• Ensure accuracy of HRIS and payroll data

• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and training materials

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Human Resources or related field

• 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience or similar

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel

• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices

• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
