As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll spearhead the recruitment process for critical roles in real estate and construction. Partnering directly with Real Estate executives, you’ll create targeted sourcing strategies that align with the company’s growth goals. Leverage your experience in commercial real estate to attract and engage top-tier talent in acquisitions, development, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate positions
• Collaborate with leadership to establish talent needs
• Proactively source and engage candidates in CRE
• Implement strategies to streamline recruitment processes
• Analyze data to enhance recruitment efficiency
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Deep knowledge of CRE roles and requirements
• Success in high-impact, multi-regional searches
• Influential communicator with industry stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and data focus
