This role is crucial for the strategy and execution of NVIDIA’s recruiting initiatives. • Enhance the effectiveness of Insider Chats and recruiting content
Requirements:
• 12+ years in recruiting operations or related fields
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Solid track record of success in recruiting metrics
• Deep knowledge of Linked In tools and recruitment strategies
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices
