As the HR Coordinator, you will manage recruitment processes and handle payroll details, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. Your organizational skills will be vital as you coordinate onboarding, health and safety, and maintain employee records with precision. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate interactions
• Process weekly payroll and respond to related inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Support onboarding, benefits, and employee communications
• Handle employee inquiries with discretion and accuracy
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or similar
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Familiarity with payroll processes and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and detailed communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
