Drive HR excellence as an Experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant. This role involves advising and consulting leadership while fostering a robust employee culture.
The Senior Human Resources Consultant will work under the Director of People & Culture. The position calls for seasoned HR professionals skilled in strategic guidance, employee relations, and maximizing the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide leadership on HR policy application
• Resolve complex employee relations through analysis
• Mentor managers in best HR practices
• Oversee Talent Acquisition in relevant programs
• Maintain accurate HRMS and documentation systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or similar
• Minimum 7 years of diverse HR functions experience
• CPHR designation preferred
• Familiar with HR legislation and compliance
• Exemplary organizational and mentoring abilities
