Retail HR Solutions Advisor

Elevate your HR career with High Tide Inc. as a Retail HR Solutions Advisor in Winnipeg, MB. This remote role involves employee relations, labour relations, and talent attraction with travel up to 40%.

This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and plays a pivotal role as an HR partner supporting retail operations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You will be responsible for tackling complex people-related challenges, coaching leaders, and enhancing employee experiences within a rapidly growing cannabis retailer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workplace investigations and performance management coaching

• Support unionized operations and interpret collective agreements

• Enhance employer branding and community outreach initiatives

• Manage employee engagement and leadership development plans

• Drive HR analytics and compliance across operations

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience in retail or hospitality

• Strong background in employee and labour relations

• CPHR designation or in progress is a plus

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Valid driver's license required for travel
