• Lead impactful onboarding and training sessions

• Adapt training content for various learning styles

• Coach associates at all career stages

• Collaborate with leaders to address performance gaps

• Track training impacts and improve delivery methods

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in customs brokerage field

• CCS designation required; CTCS is an asset

• Previous experience in learning program facilitation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Organized and self-motivated
