Enhance your payroll expertise as a Salary Payroll Administrator with Bird. In this role, you will ensure accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Bird seeks a qualified Salary Payroll Administrator with at least three years of full payroll cycle experience. You will prepare and process both salary and hourly payroll, conduct salary calculations, and handle reconciliations for deductions and benefits.
Your role will also involve responding to payroll inquiries, generating month-end reports, and maintaining confidential employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process salary and hourly payroll accurately
• Conduct salary calculations for new hires and terminations
• Reconcile source deductions and benefits accurately
• Process payroll remittances to various authorities
• Prepare Records of Employment and assist with audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience
• PCP designation and in-house payroll system knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Excel and data processing
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with attention to detail
