Requirements:

• Experience in Labour Relations with strong negotiation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration

• Minimum 3 years of human relations experience

• High integrity and customer service orientation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
