Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and optimization of global benefits programs

• Conduct annual reviews to enhance plan competitiveness

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee RFP processes

• Oversee compliance reporting and open enrollment logistics

• Provide subject matter expertise for complex benefit inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in benefits management

• Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Familiarity with global benefits landscape preferred

• University degree in related field
