Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with staff and union representatives on HR matters

• Manage recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives

• Conduct investigations and handle grievances efficiently

• Participate in central bargaining and quality improvement initiatives

• Develop HR strategies, goals, and policies collaboratively

Requirements:

• Degree in HR or related discipline required

• CHRP designation preferred

• 5 years of experience in unionized HR support

• Proficiency with HR software and data analysis

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respect
