Your expertise will encompass full lifecycle HR support, navigating collective agreements, and ensuring equitable policies. Develop coaching initiatives and engage in project management to drive organizational effectiveness within a youth-serving non-profit.

• Partner with leadership on performance management and planning
• Provide coaching for conflict resolution and team dynamics
• Interpret collective agreements and support grievance processes
• Manage employee leave of absence claims comprehensively
• Facilitate HR training for staff and volunteers

• Minimum 7 years experience in a unionized setting
• Experience in non-profit youth services is preferred
• CPHR designation or equivalent is advantageous
• Knowledge of employment standards and collective agreements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
