Position: HR Business Partner at Simaril
Support the Director of People and Culture at Simaril as an HR Business Partner. This role focuses on HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational culture initiatives.

Simaril is seeking a People and Culture Services Business Partner to support vital HR functions. This newly created position plays a crucial role in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. You will help maintain a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes are efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment using the Applicant Tracking System

• Support leaders with workforce planning and development initiatives

• Guide on labour relations and performance management issues

• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare detailed reports

• Promote employee engagement through events and recognition programs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience required

• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and HRIS/ATS systems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
