Youth and Family Supports as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. This senior role focuses on strategic HR solutions and employee engagement within the organization.
In this key position, you will partner with leadership to implement performance management and planning. You will provide coaching for conflict resolution and team dynamics, while managing the full lifecycle of HR support. Your experience will drive coaching initiatives and ensure equitable policies in a youth-serving non-profit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership on performance management strategies
• Coach teams on conflict resolution and dynamics
• Interpret collective agreements for efficient HR processes
• Manage employee leave of absence claims thoroughly
• Facilitate HR training for both staff and volunteers
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in a unionized HR setting
• Experience in non-profit youth services preferred
• CPHR designation or equivalent beneficial
• Knowledge of employment standards essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
