Position: HR Consultant Role at Manitoba Hydro

You’ll guide leaders on performance management and enhance organizational effectiveness through expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative HR support to business leaders

• Champion enterprise programs and initiatives

• Maintain effective communication with management and HR teams

• Review and analyze HR reports for actionable insights

• Collaborate on investigations and grievance resolution

Requirements:

• Business degree in HR with three years of experience

• OR two-year diploma in HR with five years of experience

• Strong knowledge of Manitoba Hydro’s HR processes

• Excellent interpersonal skills across various levels

• Understanding of current HR legislation and practices
