Vice President of Organizational Development

WCLC seeks an experienced Vice President of People & Culture to transform our organizational landscape. Partner with executive leaders to enhance employee experience and drive performance.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this role is essential in cultivating an engaged workforce through strategic people initiatives. Your focus will include leadership development, change management, and workforce analytics. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on organizational culture and capabilities while building a high-performing talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of People & Culture strategies

• Manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional employee experiences

• Assess workforce risks and capability gaps

• Utilize workforce planning and analytics to inform decision-making

• Promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, and inclusivity

Requirements:

• 10+ years in HR or Organizational Development

• History of leading culture and transformation initiatives

• Experience advising executive teams and Boards

• Strong judgment with practical strategy translation

• Relevant degree with CPHR designation a plus
