The University of Manitoba is seeking an Organizational Change Specialist within the OECM Centre of Expertise. This position emphasizes building organizational capacity via tailored training in areas such as process mapping and change leadership. You will also design vital resources that enhance the change management toolkit, supporting leaders and employees in navigating transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs in change management

• Advise internal project sponsors on change implementation

• Create E-learning materials to facilitate employee learning

• Develop resources for the change management toolkit

• Facilitate workshops and presentations to enhance skills

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field

• Certification in Change Management or Project Management desirable

• Minimum three years in instructional design and training

• Proven experience in change or project management

• Strong communication and organizational skills
