You will work closely with Hiring Managers, influence recruitment practices, and ensure diversity and inclusion throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop talent acquisition and sourcing strategies

• Manage full cycle recruitment processes

• Build relationships with Hiring Managers

• Coach managers in effective interviewing techniques

• Attend recruitment events and represent the company

Requirements:

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment

• Bilingual in English & French (asset)

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills

• Proven organizational and project management skills
