In this influential role, you will guide the CSR recruitment teams while overseeing our recruitment operations for major partners. Candidates must possess over five years of leadership experience, ideally within HR and recruitment in contact centers. You will be responsible for developing metrics, supporting department needs, and managing online recruiting strategies to enhance the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CSR recruiting teams and mentor staff

• Support recruitment for management and department roles

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives

• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics

• Nurture relationships with Operations and HR departments

Requirements:

• Degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources preferred

• 5+ years experience in recruitment leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Analytical and detail-oriented with organizational proficiency

• Ability to thrive in a shifting, fast-paced environment
