Position: IntouchCX Agent Recruiter Role
Join IntouchCX as an Agent Recruiter, where you’ll cultivate candidate relationships and manage the onboarding process. This position emphasizes interaction and selection to enhance the team.

As a Recruiter at IntouchCX, you will focus on agent-level hiring, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Engage with candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews while working closely with the Recruiting Manager on daily hiring needs. Building trust with applicants and refining our recruiting process are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews for agent-level positions

• Manage candidate inquiries through multiple channels

• Process applicants using an ATS system

• Improve recruiting strategies and methods

• Ensure smooth onboarding with orientation details

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of customer service or retail experience

• 1 year of recruiting experience in a call center

• Strong active listening and organizational skills

• Comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends
