Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to determine learning needs

• Develop engaging learning materials using best practices

• Manage and administer the Absorb Learning Management System

• Facilitate learning projects from inception to delivery

• Continuously enhance the learning intake and ticketing system

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design

• Knowledge of learning principles and design methodologies

• Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS
