Senior HR Leader: NFI Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop leadership and culture strategies for the enterprise

• Lead business unit talent management and succession planning

• Collaborate on compensation and benefits design

• Implement performance management and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:

• 15+ years in HR leadership, especially enterprise-facing

• Experience in unionized and multi-jurisdictional settings

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen

• Capability in managing complex change

• Up to 25% travel required
