Join Doctors Manitoba as a Payroll and HR Specialist and play a key role in payroll administration, HR support, and benefit management. This position demands strong attention to detail and payroll expertise.
As an experienced Payroll and HR Specialist, you will ensure accurate payroll processing and provide crucial support in human resources activities.
Your role will involve maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll legislation. You'll support recruitment processes and help cultivate an inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly payroll and bi-weekly benefit program payments
• Administer RRSP contributions and payroll deductions
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and year-end reporting
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Maintain HR systems and employee records
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3–5 years of payroll and HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
• Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
