As a vital member of Klinic's HR team, you will provide management support and expertise across various HR functions, including employee engagement, training, and labor relations. You will work collaboratively with leadership while directly liaising with staff and union representatives, creating a positive workplace culture and assisting with investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on HR processes and initiatives for leadership
• Provide recruitment, onboarding, and absence management support
• Handle employee investigations and grievances
• Lead training on workplace practices and engagement
• Assist with collective bargaining preparations
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in human resources or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in HR management within a unionized setting
• Certified Human Resources Professional designation preferred
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and payroll systems
• Must pass Criminal Record Check and Abuse Registry checks
