In this position, the HR Generalist will collaborate with various departments, ensuring effective recruitment strategies and a thorough onboarding process. With at least two years of HR experience, you'll administer benefits and oversee training programmes while actively contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment activities and onboarding sessions

• Collaborate with management on job descriptions and staffing needs

• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives

• Provide guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution

• Maintain HRIS and ensure compliance with legislation

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

• Two years of relevant HR experience

• Knowledge of HRIS and competency with MS Office

• Skills in mediation and workplace investigations

• Strong analytical and communication skills
