Position: Great Plains College Recruitment Coordinator Role
Join Great Plains College as a Recruitment Coordinator and spearhead student recruitment initiatives. Enhance brand awareness through effective promotions and community involvement strategies.

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Recruitment & Fundraising while engaging a wide range of stakeholders including students, parents, and community personnel. Leverage your experience in marketing and public relations to establish effective recruitment practices. Your strong interpersonal skills will be pivotal in building relationships to effectively drive student enrollment forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract students

• Maintain professional relationships within the community

• Conduct public presentations to diverse audiences

• Coordinate events that elevate college visibility

• Work collaboratively with the college team to ensure success

Requirements:

• Relevant two-year post-secondary diploma

• Two years’ experience in recruitment or related fields

• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
