• Organize a vetted DCT pool by location and skill level

• Verify certifications and work history of technicians

• Track DCT performance and collaborate with operations team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

• Ability to assess technical Data Center skills

• Knowledge of structured cabling and server racking

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Organized with database management skills
