We are looking for an HR Generalist II who will partner with various teams across Gerdau’s operations in Manitoba. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will navigate employee relations, develop HR strategies, and enrich team dynamics. Your contributions will include policy development, performance management, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and administer HR policies across locations
• Enhance communication of HR programs and objectives
• Counsel on labor relations and employee issue resolution
• Oversee the recruitment process for open positions
• Establish and maintain comprehensive personnel records
Requirements:
• CPHR designation or degree in HR or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant human resource experience
• Knowledge of HR legislative frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
