Shape the future of HR at EQI as a Contract Human Resources Business Partner in Canada. Engage in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management initiatives.
As an HR Business Partner, you will support and enhance HR functions at the site level, aligning them with corporate strategies. Your focus will include fostering effective communication, managing employee relations issues, and leading workforce planning. You'll promote a culture of continuous development and compliance while ensuring accurate HR reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
