Distribution Supervisor (Evening Shift)

We are currently seeking a Distribution Supervisor for our Winnipeg Distribution Centre located at 230 Panet Road.
As a Distribution Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and training the distribution team members to meet the company’s strategic, competitive, and internal needs while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned distribution team members.
- Observe health and safety regulations while maintaining the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring the equipment is serviced when needed, and the workspace is always kept clean and tidy.
- Manage and facilitate the inbound/outbound operations of the Distribution Centre and other off‑site storage facilities when required.
- Demonstrate the company’s values in all aspects of work performance.

- Effectively plan, organize, and participate in daily warehouse activities.
- Optimize training, supervising, and evaluation of team members’ performance.
- Ensure health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse. Part of this includes ensuring warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Manage and facilitate inbound/outbound operations efficiently, including off‑site storage when required.
- Previous management experience in a distribution-oriented environment.
- Effective decision making, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build high‑performing work teams.
- Direct and motivate subordinates in a dynamic work environment.
- Customer‑focused.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in‑house computer programs.
- Flexible work schedules to meet the requirements of the operation.
- On call 24/7 for emergencies.
