We are currently seeking a Distribution Supervisor for our Winnipeg Distribution Centre located at 230 Panet Road
.
As a Distribution Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and training the distribution team members to meet the company’s strategic, competitive, and internal needs while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in the daily warehouse operations.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the assigned distribution team members.
- Observe health and safety regulations while maintaining the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed, and the workspace is kept clean and tidy.
- Manage and facilitate the inbound/outbound operations of the Distribution Centre and other off-site storage facilities when required.
- Demonstrate the company’s values in all aspects of work performance.

- Effectively plan, organize and participate in daily warehouse activities.
- Optimize training, supervising and evaluation of team member performance.
- Ensure health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse, including ensuring machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Manage and facilitate inbound/outbound operations efficiently, including off-site storage when required.
- Previous management experience in a distribution-oriented environment.
- Effective decision making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build high-performing work teams.
- Direct and motivate subordinates in a dynamic work environment.
- Customer-focused.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
- Flexible work schedules to meet the requirements of the operation.
- On call 24/7 for emergencies.
