The Director & CEO will take on a crucial leadership role at WAG-Qaumajuq, transforming the museum with a focus on inclusivity and community relevance. As a spokesperson and ambassador, you will guide strategic growth initiatives while fostering valuable relationships with Indigenous partners and stakeholders. Proven experience in fundraising and organizational leadership is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary spokesperson for community and media engagements

• Develop an inclusive vision for growth and relevance

• Build partnerships across cultural and educational institutions

• Champion funding initiatives and support capital campaigns

• Mentor staff while overseeing collections and exhibitions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in senior management roles

• Expertise in strategic planning and engagement

• Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields preferred

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability

• Dedication to equity, inclusion, and decolonization
