Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Management:
Oversee daily operations across critical departments, including Operations, HR, IT and core business functions.

Process Optimization:
Design, implement and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Risk Management:

Identify, evaluate and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity and organizational stability.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.

Performance Monitoring:
Establish, track and analyze KPIs and metrics, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.

Growth & Scalability:
Lead initiatives that build the infrastructure, technology and organizational structure to support sustainable company growth.

Financial & Resource Stewardship:
Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, controlling expenses and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profit margins.

Resource Allocation:
Manage and allocate internal resources (personnel, technology and capital) effectively to ensure strategic projects are fully supported.

Talent & Culture Development:
Mentor and guide department heads and the senior leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.

Cultivate core values:
Champion the company’s core values and ensure the internal culture supports high performance and drives employee engagement and retention.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior operational role.

Proven track record in scaling operations, driving organizational efficiency and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.

Strong leadership skills, with ability to mentor senior management and lead large teams.

Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma and strategic planning frameworks.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.

Relevant certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
