WAG-Qaumajuq is on the lookout for an Executive Leader. The Director & CEO will transition the gallery from recent expansions to an era where community impact is paramount. This multifaceted role calls for a leader who can foster inclusivity, strengthen community connections, and enhance audience experiences while maintaining financial and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the gallery's strategic vision and community impact

• Engage diverse audiences and promote participatory art initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of senior management experience

• Demonstrated leadership in arts and cultural sectors

• Master’s degree in relevant fields preferred
